🗑️ Delete Your Account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the UdharPay app:

If you cannot access the app, send us an email from the phone number registered with your account:

• Email: corematterz@gmail.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request – UdharPay
• Include your registered phone number in the email

We will process your request within 7 business days.

• Your Firebase Authentication account and phone number
• Coin wallet balance and all transaction history
• Daily login streaks and task records
• Referral history and earned rewards
• Subscription and purchase records
• All locally stored data on your device

• Google Drive backup files (stored in your own Drive — delete manually if needed)

• Firebase account data is permanently removed within 30 days of your deletion request
• Local device data is cleared immediately when you delete from the app
• We do not retain any personal data after this period
